I spoke to a women by the name of Shadia who was supper sweet. She was able to scheduled a tech out sooner than later. The tech that came out his name is James R. What a polite well-rounded young man. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Thank you James R our A/C is up and running because of you YAY! If you need an honest set of people who knows what they are doing please call Ferrara’s Inc you won’t regret it. They are AWESOME AND AMAZING!!!!!!!!!”
