“I am so very happy for switching my air conditioning company to Ferrara’s as they fixed my ongoing problem in one visit and then reminded me of my six month maintenance check and sent Jose, who is simply the BEST, and he was patient, kind and went over and beyond. He had to get the roof key to access my unit on the roof and that took some time of which he was very patient and professional. He found it was my compressor and fixed it Lickity split!
