“James R is wonderful. On time. Courteous. Took the time to explain everything he saw that needed to be done and why. Plus he did it in a way that I, a self-avowed non-mechanically inclined woman, could understand. I mean, even I could understand the why’s and wherefore’s. That in an of itself is close to being a miracle. I have never had an air conditioning technician be so very thorough. Ferrara’s Air, Inc. was referred to me by a business colleague and her husband….I owe them big time for that referral. Shadia in the office was so helpful and courteous and efficient. He and his team made the process very easy for us to understand, with a seamless permitting process, including the contract. They took care of everything!!!
