The excellent customer service started with the initial call all the way through the check after the installation was complete. The ladies on the phone were amazing to going into their store for the final paperwork. I don’t do very many reviews but felt compelled because it was a great experience. The two techs that came to my house were on time and very professional and polite. They kept me informed during the day and were very clean and deliberate. And not in a hurry up and get it done. More of a let’s do it right. A new AC is a big event especially here in south Florida. But I felt very comfortable all day, and very satisfied with install. Just a minor thing but clean up was very good also. I would recommend Ferraras air.”
