“On Sunday, July 7th, 2024, upon returning from a holiday weekend, my wife and I found our home uncomfortably hot inside. A few months earlier, I had noticed a Ferrara’s Air truck installing a new unit across the street, branded with the catchy slogan "Dang its Hot," on a Sunday no less. After finding their contact information online, I called and James R., the technician, promptly responded. He conducted a thorough inspection of our A/C unit, which unfortunately revealed a ruptured compressor due to a lack of refrigerant.

Hoping to avoid replacing the entire unit, Vanessa F., one of the owners, explored options for a compatible compressor. However, it turned out to be more economical to opt for a new unit that would better suit our needs. Tony F., the owner, assisted in finding the right unit, and Vanessa F. arranged excellent financing terms for us. Throughout this uncomfortable situation, every member of the Ferrara’s team demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism.

On Tuesday, Ferrara’s Air installed the new unit, restoring comfort to our home, allowing us to sleep soundly once again.

“Scheduled replacement for the air conditioner & air handler for Tuesday. Erik showed up at 7:30 followed by Eliot’s and Kenyon with the new equipment on a trailer. The three of them worked until 4:30 installing both new equipment pieces and removed an old air handler in the attic. They never stopped and worked together with complete confidence until they cleaned everything up. Owner Tony Ferrara showed up in the afternoon to help and review the installation.

“I made the mistake of calling sears to clean my ducts bc they were having a promotion. They came and told me they could not clean my vents bc I had mold and fungus and wanted $1800. I found Ferraras Air and called them to take a look. Although they were busy they found a way to squeeze me in on the same day. Starting from the phone call with the receptionist all the way to the technician, everyone I spoke with was super nice and had amazing customer service. Tony, the owner was my technician. He was super honest and so kind and gentle. He told me I did not have any mold or fungus at all and explained certain options that he recommended I do to clean or sanitize if I wanted to but not necessary. I have definitely found my go-to air company! You can really tell he’s not out here just for the money but he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly highly recommend!!”

I don’t do very many reviews but felt compelled because it was a great experience. The two techs that came to my house were on time and very professional and polite. “Worst possible time for your AC unit to break down is on a Saturday night in the middle of August. Tony Ferrara was in constant contact with me on Saturday night and on Sunday trying to locate a new system for us. “I had a terrible experience with my prior AC company. Within 1 month, it took them up to 7 visits to still not figure out what was wrong. I was stuck because of a labor warranty. But by the 7th visit, I had taken enough! I started getting quotes from other companies. On the day of quotes , Ferrara’s Air happened to arrive the same time another company was their. Despite waiting for nearly 40 minutes, Tony from Ferrrara’s Air, was completely patient with me and immediately asked, “what’s wrong, and tell me what happened from the beginning”. From there, I was incredibly impressed with the service I was being given as this simple generosity separated himself from the others quickly. I ended up getting a new AC installed with Ferrara’s. All 3 of their techs, Elois, Erik & Jose were extremely kind and professional. I was immensely impressed with how they thoroughly showed me what they completed at the end and did a fantastic job cleaning up. They even checked my driveway for any loose screws. I had an issue with removing my hot water tank located below the Platform supporting the in-house portion of the Ac and when I called Ferraras Jimmy was at my condo within 1 hour and was able to solve the problem by reinforcing the support system so the hot water tank can be replaced .
