“Ferraras Air is the best. I got brand new AC unit and it’s working fine. I had an issue with removing my hot water tank located below the Platform supporting the in-house portion of the Ac and when I called Ferraras Jimmy was at my condo within 1 hour and was able to solve the problem by reinforcing the support system so the hot water tank can be replaced . I have dealt with Jimmy multiple times and he is the best . He is an 11 out of 10!!!”
